Restoring Hope.

Rebuilding Lives

Supporting persons in prison awaiting trial in Nigeria through compassion and justice

Empowering Justice and Compassion in Nigeria

To see prisoners and ex-prisoners restored, free, and living with purpose, transformed by God’s grace and hope.

Our Mission
Who We Are

St. Leonard Foundation is a faith-driven non-profit organization committed to restoring hope, dignity, and freedom to prisoners, awaiting-trial inmates, and formerly incarcerated individuals.

Through our bail assistance program, legal aid support, spiritual counseling, and transformational seminars, we help men and women regain their freedom and rebuild their lives with purpose.

Our Vision

At St. Leonard Foundation, we are driven by Christ’s love to bring freedom, dignity, and healing to those behind bars. Through bail and legal aid, spiritual guidance, and reintegration programs, we help prisoners and ex-prisoners rebuild their lives, find purpose, and walk in hope.

What We Do

Supporting persons in prison with compassion and legal aid for a brighter future.

Bail Support & Legal Intervention

Many inmates remain behind bars simply because they cannot afford bail. We step in to secure their release, assist with legal aid, and reunite them with their loved ones.

Humanitarian Support & Welfare Relief

We extend compassion during visits to inmates, supporting inmates’ families, vulnerable communities, and ex-inmates with food aid, clothing, shelter assistance, and medical outreach when needed.

Mental & Emotional Transformation

We minister healing through transformational seminars and emotional support, helping individuals rediscover identity, forgiveness, and purpose.

Reintegration & Empowerment

Freedom is the first step, sustainability comes next. We provide skills training, mentorship, and livelihood opportunities to help former inmates rebuild stable, productive lives.

Our Outreach

Seminars and visits for persons in prison and their reintegration into society.

Community Impact

Hear from those we've helped and their transformative experiences with us.

The support I received changed my life. I felt valued and hopeful again.

A group of people participate in a protest in front of a large, historic building with columns, possibly a government building. Many hold signs with various messages advocating human rights. A prominent sign in the foreground reads 'We Are All Humans' in both English and Spanish. The atmosphere suggests a peaceful demonstration.

This organisation provided me with essential support during a difficult time. I am grateful.
